I never planned to do this. But I'm glad I do.
In 2022 a family member got quite unwell and I stepped away from my CEO role to look after them full time. Founders started reaching out. I shared what I'd learned. It helped. It turned into something real. I want to give it to as many founders as possible — get them there faster, with less pain.

Absolutely. Any agency above $30K recurring revenue, I'm happy to work with. Up until that point a lot of agencies are still finding themselves, and external coaching isn't always as impactful as it could be. But once you hit $30K you've organically grown — and that's when founders start feeling stuck on the hamster wheel. That's where focused attention makes a massive difference. A big passion of mine is helping smaller agencies — I truly believe the smaller agencies of today are going to be the biggest and best in the very near future. They're hungry, agile, and open to doing what it takes.
Most founders are hitting me up two to three times a week. We start by assessing your agency and mutually agreeing on the two or three core things we need to focus on — and the ninety-seven things we need to ignore. Every week there's a lot of one-to-one back and forth — whether that's your sales process, a hiring decision, reviewing ads, or me just being a sounding board. I get into the nitty gritty because I'm quite hands on. You'll also jump into a weekly group training session and dip into specific Skool modules as needed. Sometimes it's a quick text, sometimes a voice note, sometimes a virtual catch up. Flexible

95% one-to-one with me. I do have a small team who might occasionally jump in to support — reminders, platform-specific tips, that sort of thing. But the coaching, the strategy, the feedback — that's me directly.
Yes. After the first four months most founders have made serious progress — but there's always more to build. I primarily work with agencies in Australia and New Zealand. Beyond that I've intentionally chosen not to and the reason is simple. I'm a big believer in protecting family time. The moment I start working across different time zones it becomes really hard to be fully present after 3:30pm. So I keep it to AU and NZ, and I'm upfront about that.
Most founders are surprised by how much ground we can cover. Because I've led literally every department agency side, I can go deep across sales, marketing and lead generation, ops and systems, org structure, hiring, client retention and churn, forecasting, and HubSpot. It's one of the main reasons founders sign up — to have someone who can go deep across many different parts of the business, not just one slice of it.
