Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with the leadership team to optimize and scale up our go-to-market strategy.
- Working closely with the sales team to assess the quality of leads, ensure prompt follow-up, assess campaign performance, and continually feedback on marketing efforts
- Driving a revenue-first approach to marketing, whilst injecting a healthy dose of creative/branding to set us apart from the competition.
- Connecting everything you do to the end goal of creating revenue from marketing efforts; from branding to more immediate lead generation efforts – you understand exactly the mix required to produce high-quality leads, and deals won.
- Owning the paid media strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Google ads & beyond to drive high-quality traffic and conversions for B2B services businesses.
- Collaborating closely with internal and external SEO & content experts to own, direct, and manage our website, organic traffic growth, and accelerating deals won from this channel.
- Spearheading events and tradeshows to sponsor, as well as execution of these events.
- Taking ownership of all things Hubspot – email nurturing, social posts, operations best practices, workflows, landing page creation, and beyond, to support sales & marketing efforts.
- Assisting with other marketing efforts required to accelerate ROI from marketing efforts such as PR, securing case studies, video assets, landing page creation, conversion rate optimization & beyond.
- Over time, working closely with customer success teams to assist with upsell, cross-sell, and retention efforts.
- Spearheading operations efficiencies, using Hubspot, across sales, marketing & customer success and ultimately improving CSAT & CX.
- Collaborating with the HR team to drive staff recruitment & employer branding efforts as required.
Requirements
- A highly driven self-starter, excited about a role where they have revenue impact, and lots of freedom to do what it takes to get there.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, marketing high-value B2B products; can be either client-side, agency or ideally both.
- University degree in marketing, business, strategy, eCommerce, or similar field
- An avid learner – consistently following the best marketers in the world (eg: Brian Dean, Harry Dry, Neil Patel, etc…) and a deep passion for marketing ROI and deals won.
- Experience working closely with B2B enterprise salespeople to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Possess excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed choices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
